    While I do not share the disrespect shown by using the word 'street walker' I do agree with the sentiment here. I do believe he is controlled by the Daly machine.

    What does "call you out" mean?

    Will we be called out of bed at 2:00AM and turned over to the Civil National Security Force (for instance)?

    Maybe Big Brother will call us out and send us off to be rehabilitated in the art of "doublethink". After which we will make our tearful confession on TV and then sent to a hospice for a long rest.

    George Orwell would be proud (actually, I thoroughly enjoyed all his books, Down and Out in Paris and London (this one was really funny), Coming up for Air, Shooting an Elephant, etc.

    What does "call you out" mean? It's essentially another ultimatum similar to "why don't you step outside so we can settle this". It’s interesting that Obama can use this term with very little media criticism.

    … against the law for insurance companies to drop your coverage when you get sick or water it down when you need it most.
    … They will no longer be able to place some arbitrary cap on the amount of coverage you can receive in a given year or a lifetime.
    … We will place a limit on how much you can be charged for out-of-pocket expenses
    … insurance companies will be required to cover, with no extra charge, routine checkups and preventive care
    … For those individuals and small businesses who still cannot afford the lower-priced insurance available in the exchange, we will provide tax credits, the size of which will be based on your need. …”

    And, of course, he then promised:

    “… I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits – either now or in the future. … there will be a provision in this plan that requires us to come forward with more spending cuts if the savings we promised don’t materialize. …”

    Wow! It’s sounds a like an old Ronco slice and dice advertisement.

    Exactly how will the “savings” be measured? Are they savings on your personal expenditures? Does this include your personal cost of medical insurance or of medical expenditures or of taxes or of all three?

    I think the only winners in Obama’s plan are the potential bureaucrats that will be hired to administer it. The rest of us WILL PAY MORE and GET LESS!

    Obama said: “… It will be against the law for insurance companies to deny you coverage because of a pre-existing condition.”

    Will it also be against the law to be denied fire insurance for a home after it has burned to the ground so that indemnification can be forced after the fact?

    What is the purpose of insurance? Is it to pay all costs or to pay costs that are not expected? How can there be any advantage to offering insurance if the relationship between premiums and benefits does not favor the provider?

    Right, remember the furor over the Bush statement "bring em on!".

    So now, can we shake our heads in disbelief that after Americans were accused of having a "mob mentality" for exercising their right of free speech/redress of grievances/freedom of assembly/freedom of association are now being theatened to be "called out" to the back of the White House and beaten Chicago style if we continue to exercise these rights?
