camel knees?

I was studying one time where there was a man in the Bible that stayed on his knees praying so much that they were like camel knees.......can any one tell me who this was and is it really in the Bible like that or did I just hear it like that?

If I am not mastaken that is a traditional story referring to the Apostle James. It is not recorded in Scripture.
