can God hasen/postpone/Delay date Of Jesus Second Coming?

    Is the date of His second coming "fixed" to an exact timing process..
    OR

    Can God in reaction to people and world events "alter/change" around the time of the Second Coming , or is it same as when during time of Jeus?
