(CNSNews.com) - Israel says it has learned that the Lebanese-based Hizballah intends to transfer the two Israeli soldiers it abducted on Wednesday to Iran. That word came today from a senior official in Israel's Foreign Ministry.

    SNIP

Iran is so involved that Hizballah is planning to transfer the two Israeli captives to that nation, Foreign Ministry Deputy Director-General for Public Affairs Gideon Meir said on Thursday.

"We also have specific information that Hizballah is planning to transfer the kidnapped soldiers to Iran," Meir told journalists in Jerusalem.

Looks we no longer have to guess how Bush is going to gain the public support to attack Iran now.

Israel will do our dirty work for us. They have more backbone than several decades of American Presidents put together.

Israel is a bit far from Iran. Bottom line: if Iran gets involved, they have to go through somewhere....and that somewhere is Iraq.

If Iran gets in this, the US is going to be right alongside Israel.

It's inevitable. Iran has all along been supportive of the Shiites in Iraq and wants to incorporate them into a larger Iran. The Old Persia. It's already a civil war going on in Iraq but politicians won't admit it.

Another thing. The religions of Sunni and Shia both are fighting for control so the Mahdi will come and their particular brand of islam will be in control.

And if this spills over into a war with Iran and the US, guess where Russia and China will be. Anyone who thinks they are friends of our country needs a reality check.

I doubt that there will be a war with Iran, more like sustained Striking with Cruise Missiles to cripple them with the intention of causing a public revolt. Whether that will happen or not I dont know, yet Israel in particular have been supporting ideas of Freedom and Democracy in Iran. Yet despite what despots rule a nation, when another nation is raining down bombs on you that could just make you a little unfriendly and defensive.

Russia I dont think will do a great deal. There nation has major internal problems with Alqueda, the soviet Union has been dismantled and countries like Estonia hate them anyway and have joined the E.U just to spite them anyway. The strength in numbers that they once had is no more. Russia's plan would be to let the fighting go on and try to strengthen themselves during that time.

China have every intention of world domination and will do it by controlling global financial markets. There economy is bursting at the seams as every company you can think of wants to manufacture there and export to the west. Why go to war with nations that you will soon own anyway? The fly in the ointment might be pride and Taiwan, but that remains to be seen.
