“Mr. Richardson’s endorsement came right around the anniversary of the day when Judas sold out for 30 pieces of silver, so I think the timing is appropriate, if ironic,” Mr. Carville said, referring to Holy Week.

Its amazing that all these bandwagon jumpers are hopping on when it looks like Obama is the sure winner. Especially some of the black politicians who started out for Hillary then changed. You could bet your bottom dollar if Clinton was the frontrunner Richardson would support her. He's scum.

Governor Richardson is one of the best governors in these United States. I am glad to see him endorse Senator Obama.

Did Richardson receive a different speech than the rest of us?

Obama started nothing. He wouldn't have said one word about race if not for the news coming out concerning his racist congregation he fellowships with.

'Every American child"? Obama stands for abortion on demand for thousands of those children.

Thats a sneaky way to get the Hispanic vote. One must ask oneself why Hispanics dont like Obama. Besides isnt this the guy who said that he was drafted by the KC Athletics baseball team which turned out to be a lie?

Some here are such hypocrites! They want to appear to be fair-minded, but in reality they are only looking for things to bash Obama with. Most people don't care one bit about what gets some here so worked up! Get a life!

"Thats a sneaky way to get the Hispanic vote."

Many in OR where Richardson did his deed wonder if it wasn't done here due to the large hispanic population including thousands of illegal aliens some of which the state knows are voting.

OR until recent weeks has been giving drivers licenses to the illegals by the thousands and along with a license comes the required voter registration card.

A vast majority of the people I work with are Hispanic, and they support Obama overwhelmingly.

What are you saying, that it reflects badly upon the Hispanics?

I hardly see this as opportunistic for Richardson. Obama was bleeding badly. He lost 18 points in one poll I saw. This was opportunistic by Obama to get a respected governor to announce an endorsement. I believe Richardson would be a cabinet secretary in the Obama administration.

Remember: the Clintons and their machinery see anything other than full-throated support of their agenda as betrayal.

Maybe Hispanics don't like African-Americans because of competition over welfare funds.
