    While driving of course.

I think it is an excellent law. I don't want opposing drivers trying to read of send a text or answer a phone while headed my way.

It already is the law here

I voted 'other- they should outlaw 'inattentiveness'. That would over all the bases.

Some of the worst drivers I have seen were not texting or talking, they were just DWI- driving while inattentive. My teenage son is one, although with my coaching he is getting better. A driver's No. 1 job is to pay attention to all that is going on around him- and I don't mean just in the car.

Maybe Chrysler could save its plant by building a one-seat motorcar with no cell phone, radio or other passengers to demand his attention,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    Cheers,

Actually, the radio helps me to drive - otherwise the silence drives me nuts.

Did you know that Rush Limbaugh has saved the life of many Democrats. An aide to a high ranking Democrat told my driving class, that many Dem's will listen to Rush late on night (tape delay) when they are driving, because it helps them to stay awake -!

Wife likes me sleeping whilst I drive. She says it doesn't make her angry at the wheel as I tramp on the brakes from the passenger seat.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Sorry, SALTY, there doesn't seem to be an option to edit the number of choices, so you may have to re-do the poll. Maybe Roger can help - he's an admin and might have more control options.
