    The above quote is from a TIME online article reporting the charges being filed by Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo prisoners. Former Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski is testifying for the prosecution.​

    Karpinski still won't take command responsibility for Abu Graib, huh?

    Perfect example of unjustified promotion. She should never have been a general and never had a command of any kind.
