Do you believe a 2 yr. old understands right from wrong, or what it means to sin.
If so what happens if they die.

"Right from wrong" and "what it means to sin" are two different concepts.

They understand things "allowed" and "forbidden," ("OK" versus "no-no"), but not the implications of sin and separation from God.

I believe they go to heaven.

I can not prove beyond a reason of doubt using scripture, but I believe all babies are elect. I also agree with rbell about them knowing right from wrong.

When an infant is saved, it is by grace through faith. Faith is not a mental exercise, but spiritual. (John the Baptist recognized Mary's greeting while still in Elisabeth's womb.) How to know whether an infant is saved or not is a matter of debate. However, to say that anyone can be saved any other way than by grace through faith is to preach another gospel.
