Christian Colleges Cited For Low Financial Responsibility

    What seems more interesting to me is not that DTS made the list, but that on a scale of -1.0 to 3.0 they got the following scores the past four years:

    09-10: 1.4
    08-09: 1.0
    07-08: 2.9
    06-07: 3.0

    What happened?

    There is a big financial debate in how we treat the unfunded pension issue. Personally, I think they should be treated as current in contrast to how we normally have treated these issues.

    However, changing the system radically as has been done in the past few years puts organizations, like DTS, at a disadvantage. Yet, I agree with the Education Department (Gasp, I agree with the Department on something).
