I have posted this before, but it is impossible for Christ to have dies for everyone without exception simply because, by His Blood or Death, or Offering, He has once and for all Sanctified all for whom He died ! Meaning by His Blood, they have been permanently set apart for the service of God ! Heb 10:10

10By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

The word sanctified here is the greek word Hagiazo and means:

to render or acknowledge, or to be venerable or hallow

to separate from profane things and dedicate to God

    consecrate things to God

    dedicate people to God

    to purify

    to cleanse externally

to purify by expiation: free from the guilt of sin

to purify internally by renewing of the soul

Folks Christ's Blood alone dedicates permanently those He died for to God, His service.

Thats why the writer in Heb wrote Heb 9:14

14How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

You see what the Blood of Christ did here ? It purges the conscience from dead works, to serve the Living God. Thats a must accomplishment for the Blood of Christ for everyone Christ died for or it has failed.

Also the word sanctified in Heb 10:10 its in the perfect tense which means:

The perfect tense in Greek corresponds to the perfect tense in English, and describes an action which is viewed as having been completed in the past, once and for all, not needing to be repeated.

Jesus' last cry from the cross, TETELESTAI ("It is finished!") is a good example of the perfect tense used in this sense, namely "It [the atonement] has been accomplished, completely, once and for all time."

No one Christ sanctified by His Death or Blood cannot become unsanctified, the only way that could be done is if Christ's Blood is no longer a factor before the Throne and Mercy Seat of God !

If you preach a Christ today who did not accomplish and sanctify everyone He died for permanently for the service of God, like here Rev 7:14-15

14And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

15Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

Then you preach a False Gospel, and Paul said of such this Gal 1:8-9

8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

9As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

    Jesus died for everyone.

1 Timothy 4:10 (and for this we labor and strive), that we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.

Jesus is the Savior of ALL MEN, and especially of those who believe.
All have a chance for Jesus to save them, but they have to do something first, they have to have FAITH.

Romans 5:2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.

Jesus died for everyone, for the sins of the world, but one must have faith to access this grace. That is what the scriptures say.

    > who is the Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.

Why "especially of those who believe?" Because for them, "eternal life" starts in this life.

Did Christ death sanctify all for whom He died or not like Heb 10:10 states ? You either believe it or you don't !

As far as your question goes, I discussed that already in this Thread

    http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=71875

Read it, you will find my explanation for that scripture and more ! But in the mean time quit evading Heb 10:10, for it is not going to disappear !

We have to access the grace we all can access it by faith.

Romans 5:2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.

All men have a chance for Jesus to save them, for Jesus has atoned for not only our sins but also for the sins of the whole world.

1 John 2:2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

However, we must have faith in his blood.

Romans 3:25 God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood.

Everyone has the chance for Jesus to save them. Jesus is the Savior of the world. Jesus atoned for the sins of the whole world. We access this grace by faith, by faith in his blood.

1 Timothy 4:10 (and for this we labor and strive), that we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.

Those who come to him in faith are being made holy, by faith in his blood.

God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood,

because by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy. See Roman 3:25 and Hebrew 10:14.

No one is being made perfect unless they have faith in his blood.

Jesus is the Savior of all men. Jesus atones for the sins of the world, but they must believe in him to access this grace.

Jesus died for the sins of the whole world. All men have a chance to be saved, because Jesus died for the sins of the whole world.

We get access to the grace of God through faith.

We have atonement through faith in his blood.

AGAIN, WE HAVE ACCESS TO THIS GRACE BY FAITH.

Why do you not want to accept the truth?

Since you evade that question, I will take it as a No, you do not believe the Truth of Heb 10:10 that everyone Christ died for is set apart for God forever !

I did not evade your question. I answered your question, but you cannot see.

Your question: Do you believe Christ's offering sanctified forever those he died for as stated in Heb 10:10, Yes or No !

I will answer again with scripture.

By one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy. See Hebrew 10:14. Hebrews 10:14 is just four scriptures after Hebrews 10:10 that you are asking about.

Again, yes, by one sacrifice Jesus has made perfect forever THOSE WHO ARE BEING MADE HOLY.

Those who are being made holy are those who have faith in his blood.

That is the Word of God!

First answer yes or no to the question. Here it is once more :

So do you believe everyone is sanctified once and for all by His Death ?

If you cannot answer Yes or No before your additions, then you evade it. Now answer yes or No then explain why ! If not, you are evading the question !

    You evade the Truth.

All who have faith in his blood are sanctified once and for all.

Do not let Satan keep you from the Truth.

I have now explained it a few times for you. Repent for following falseness and obey God.

You do. Because you know you do not believe the Truth of Heb 10:10 that Jesus Christ death Alone has sanctified forever those He died for. Its taught also in Heb 13:12

12Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

If you cannot confess before men that Christ's Death alone, has sanctified forever those He died for as Heb 10:10 reveals, then you deny Christ before men ! Matt 10:32-33

32Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

33But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

We confess Christ before men when we Proclaim His Achievements by His Cross !

But we deny Him before men when we do not confess His accomplishments before them !

Now when you are ready to answer Heb 10:10 , That it teaches that Christ's Death alone, has once and for all sanctified everyone He died or offered Himself for, whether you believe it, yes or no, I have nothing else to say to you ! My answer is Yes, It did ! Whats yours if you dare to answer !

The thread title is a figure of speach

Was it the serum or the hemoglobin that sanctifies? Did Jesus have human DNA? If we had a sample for analysis what would we find?

Jesus death was sufficient to pay for all who would come to him to get saved, but it only effectual applies to them!

And his Death was applied to those who placed faith in jesus and got saved!

That one scripture right there should stop anyone from ever believing in Calvinism again.

    per the bible...

jesus died for the sins of mankind, His death sufficient to be able to save all who by faith come to Him to get saved!

effectually gets applied only towards those saved by grace, chosen by God, and enabled by Him to have the faith needed to receive jesus and be justified/saved!

We are justified by God ONCE place faith in jesus.

That is nowhere in the bible, but comes from your imagination !

That is one of the biggest lies ever told. Christ death saved those He died for before they had Faith in Him. Everyone Christ died for was pronounced Justified before God by His resurrection Rom 4:25

Everyone Christ died for has His Death effectually applied to them by their New Birth !

Thats a lie, a Person Christ died for is Justified by God while they are ungodly ! Rom 4:5

5But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

You teach a work salvation like mostly everyone else. You say one is Justified once they place Faith in Christ ! Placing Faith in Christ is something man does right ? Is not that an act of man , placing his Faith ?

So let it be known loud and clear that you teach that Justification before God is a result of what man does !
