Hebrews 7:25 says, 'Wherefore, He is able to save them to the uttermost, that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercesssion for them.'

Hebrews 9:24 says, that Jesus has 'appeared in the Presence of God for us.'

I John 2:1-2 says, that Christ our Advocate/Lawyer is for us. He not only died for the sins of God's people but for every sinner.

What do you think Jesus is doing through His intercession in Heaven? How does that benefit the Christian? I know what much of it means, but am interested in your view and that of your theological commentaries.
