I'm a lot more concerned about the symbolic meaning of Bush & Co. covering up the statue of justice, than about whether or not some statuary might have been inspired by the Ten Commandments.
That seems to me no more a violation of the Constitution, than Greenough's statue depicting George Washington as Zeus is an endorsement of pagan religion.
There are all sorts of religious allusions in early American public buildings, a good deal of it Christian. None of it amounts to an entanglement of church and state.

When I first saw the thread title I failed to see the last word "on". I thought ole chuck had died.
However this needs to be straightened out. When we are more concerned about a secular symbol that we are Biblical symbol what does that say about Christians?
