My wife for some time has collected little lighthouses. The porcelain figurines. Ranging from 2 inches or so, all the way to 10-12" tall ones. She now wants to start collecting churches. Does anyone have any good ideas on where to find porcelain (or other material as well) churches? In particular, anyone know where to find models of Metropolitan Tabernacle or Westminster Abbey?

    Thanks in advance

I guess it must not be something anyone around here does. I've found a few by doing searches on Ebay. My biggest problem seems to be that you can find a ton of churches for those "winter villages." They're nice and all, but I think she'd like to have some with out the snow and wreaths on the building [IMG]

    Still open to any suggestions.

I saw Buckingham Palace and I think it was the Tower of London in the Lilliput Lane range a few days ago. I didn't have time to stop and ask to see their catalogue tho. The two I saw were about £39.99. I have looked online and found buckingham Palace at this address:

    http://search.tias.com/cgi-bin/altavista.fcgi?database=%2Faltavista%2Fstores%2Fitems&max=50&noResultPageTemplate=NoResultPage2.html&resultPageTemplate=ResultPage.html&resultItemTem plate=ResultItem2.txt&resultTableTemplate=ResultTable.txt&primaryServer=&minPrice=1&searchText=buckingham%20palace&matchAll=1&sysCat=Cottages_and_Buildings_mini/Lilliput_Lane

I started with Lilliput Lane and then just followed the trail [IMG] Hope this helps.

    Blessings
