The biography of the spy Forest Yeo-Thomas is an interesting read. Forest was a British spy, working in France during WW II. He joined the SOE and was parachuted into France several times. He was betrayed on his 3rd mission and captured by the Gestapo and suffered terrible torture. He was sent to Buchenwald, but survived. Near the end of the war he escaped and made his way to allied lines shortly before the war ended.

For anyone interested in WWII this is an interesting read.
