    What I want to know is why a party with a vested interest in the outcome of the investigation is allowed to be part of the investigation? Do police departments let the prime suspect have a say in the investigative process?

    This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of, outside of the healthcare act.

    Interesting! As I started reading this post this was my question before I got past the "headline"!

    Just one more instance of the inmates running the asylum.

    This country is going to the ???? I was going to say "to the dogs", but, IMHO, that would be an insult to dogs.

    Better watch what you say, the NTSB AND ACRE might be invited to sit on that death panel you will one day face.
