    Yes, but what percentage of tens of millions graduated, paid off other debt, and are making a decent living in their chosen major? Or did the free money only contribute to grade inflation and college cost inflation?

    If I remember right, President Elect Obama used Pell Grants...

    I can't answer your questions but I can say a lot of poor and disadvantaged children were given an opportunity to acquire secondary education because of his work. I love to think one or two of them may have bettered our society and mankind as a whole because they received this chance.
