    I chose "Other" for how often, because we clean ours when necessary. (I would have chosen "When I darn well please" if it didn't also specify "Which isn't often"!

    I have a good friend that allows me to use his carpet cleaning truck for free. I try and do it twice a year. He also allows me to use it to clean my church.

    We usually do it a couple times a year, times when it has just taken the biggest beatings....that would be end of summer (with kids and dogs running through the house all day long, you know), and just after Christmas (same reason.) We just got a bigger faster one early this year. It'll do the job in half the time, and it'll be dry almost right away.
