Looks like it was a good move on Romney's part to pilfer Ron Paul's message like he did! So now Fred Thompson is on tv this very minute pilfering Ron Paul's message. He got 8% to Paul's 13% yet he gets airtime and Paul doesn't??? I'd rather hear Dr. Paul's message from Dr. Paul personally.

One day, in History, they will predict that Ron Paul and his ideas would have been a better path for this country...

A little too late I guess....

Good for Paul! He's fought a tough battle against everyone and all things considered has done very well.

“The nation's immediate problem is that while the common man fights America's wars, the intellectual elite sets its agenda. Today, whether the West lives or dies is in the hands of its new power elite: those who set the terms of public debate, who manipulate the symbols, who decide whether nations or leaders will be depicted on 100 million television sets as 'good' or 'bad.' This power elite sets the limits of the possible for Presidents and Congress. It molds the impressions that move the nation, or that mire it.”

    Richard Nixon

So we see the power elite of Nixon's time still busy manufacturing consent and choosing our "leaders" to benefit themselves. Pilfering Ron Paul's message the way they are just shows that most people respond to it...so of course the establishment's would be minions had to co-opt it and descredit the one honest man among them who has lived the message. None of the co-optuers have even come close to doing that themselves.
