    Christ is the "Bread-of-Life", its very "Growth"--"this is My Body"--the "Nourishment ministered"--"Bread...."make increase of the Body"...."they that did eat were four thousand men".

    "I AM THE TRUTH"--"speaking THE TRUTH [Christ] in love you may GROW into Him in all things who is the HEAD even Christ from whom ....every part makes INCREASE OF THE BODY
