    Can we try to keep this thread to congratulations and avoid criticisms?

    Congrats to Obama and Democrats for a decisive victory. May they govern justly.

    Congrats to Americans for this historic night in light of the history of racial tension in the country.

    Kudos to McCain for doing better than was expected in holding on to republican states in light of the difficulties he faced.
