    Assuming there's no backstory, both brothers should be profoundly ashamed and not surprised if their children treat them similarly one day.

    At first blush it appears that the son violated his duties as the trust administrator when he transfered the house out of the trust.

    Perhaps some district attorney should be looking into whether the son should be charged criminally.
