Ever wonder why Fundamentalism is so saddled with KJVOism? Here is an amazing audio selection from a Hyles-Anderson Pastor's School:

Could this be the stone hewn out the mountain?

This singing must be some form of brain washing.

Fits every definition of "brainwashing" that
i know of. Note that clensing of the soul
and "brain washing" are two different things,
one is good, one is evil.

I thank God daily that i am not one of them ;(

Does anybody remember when
Independent Fundamental Baptist
mean the church bearing the title
was independent of all others?
Now they all seem dependent on preachers
likle Gail A. Riplinger for their doctrine.
Remember when IFBs were FUNDAMENTALISTS?
Now they have wondered off into the
"new age fundamentals" like KJVO.
Remember when IFBs were BAPTIST
and didn't dance to the Church of England's
tune?

That was sickening.
As an IFB, I'm saddened by this man made myth that has hijacked the movement. As the nonsense played, I thought of these "verses"..."The KJV cleanseth us from all sin", "The KJV shall cover a multidude of sins." "For God so loved the world that He gave us the KJV....." or the baptismal formula, "I baptize you in the name of the Father, Son, and the KJV" [IMG]

I listened to the whole megilla.
Are they applying the words "the stone hewn out the mountain without hands" to the KJV and not Jesus Christ!?

Perhaps, but they might also be referring to the stone tablets of the 10 Commandments that were written by the finger of God. They may have confused several passages to come up with their song.

I don't know how anyone could listen to that and not think cult.

I hate to say this and I may be edited but that is sheer stupidity. They are worshiping the KJV instead of God. KJV is actually <snipped by moderator> I'm sure of it now they are always saying mv's are of satan and from hell. yea like anyone in there right mind is going to believe that.I could not even listen to all of it can you guys believe that. <snipped by moderator>. I had better quite before I say something I will regret. Just listened to the song.

Oh my. This is pathetic. Truly a reproach on our blessed Lord.

And this is a true story and not just a lame satire?

C4K -- You need Real Player to listen.

Dr. Bob -- Truth is stranger than fiction sometimes. I never would have thought it was that bad. I felt like I was listening to a 20-20 hidden microphone doing an expose'. I wonder if there is a video floating around somewhere.

It's still hard to believe that this is not a hoax.

I must say that I was stunned when I went to this page. I wish that this was a hoax but I see that it is not.

Stuff like this should make us want to go out and aggressively expose the KJVO myth before more people are sucked into this type of bible worship.

I did not hear the name of Jesus Christ once. I did not hear anything but KJV worship. This saddens me that people can follow the KJVO myth to the extreme that they worship the KJV. In respect to board rules I can not express my full thoughts about this group.

Sorry bout the earlier post. It's just sad how those people are confused. I wouldn't won't to be them on judgement day. I have a deep respect for the KJV and those that are KJV Preffered Its the ones that were singing that song that I have no respect for.
