Cuban unpaid debts to the world:

    1. USA. $7 billion, plus 2 million refuges (glad to have them), plus all of the criminals in the Mariel boatlift.

    2. Spain. $8 billion for confiscated businesses.

    3. Soviet Union. At least $135 billion.

    4. Venezuela. $7 billion to $13 billion per year.

    5. Argentina. $11 billion.

    6. Japan. $1.4 billion.

    7. Mexico. $487 million.

    8. Various nations. Venezuela invasion from 1960s; Che Guevara sent to overthrow Bolivia; attempted overthrow of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. Support for FARC and others in Colombia.
