If it comes down to the Cowboys depending on Henson or Romo, they are in trouble.

Just about any time that a team has to go to a backup quarterback for any length of time during the season it is in trouble. There's a reason why a player is a backup and not a starter.

Exactly why I do not see the Cowboys doing well this year. Bledsoe is a walking time bomb who will get hurt. He cannot move. Romo or Henson will come in and not be able to do much. Now you tell me whether that is going to make Mr. T.O very happy? :)

Seriously, I love Kurt Warner, but I just don't see it happening. Belichick exposed his weaknesses in the Super Bowl 5 years ago for all to see and I just don't think Warner has really recovered from that. He just doesn't move that well in the pocket (I heard that he hopes to be as quick as Drew Bledsoe some day  ), and I think he's gotten a little gun-shy (also known as getting the yips) over the years. I actually hope I'm wrong, not because I like Arizona, because I don't really care that much about them, but because I really like Warner.

I expect the offense to be much better this year. Bledsoe held up well last year and I don't expect him to get sacked as much this season.

Not many QBs in this league hold up for 2 straight years at his age and with his lack of mobility. The odds are not in your favor Ken.

It's fun to beat the odds.

Faithgirl - dont you know that Texas Stadium has a hole in the roof so God can watch his favorite team play?? The real reason that TIVO was invented was so that Cowboy fans could record the games and not miss a bit of them when our preacher goes way to long and the methodists beat us to lunch!

I think the boys have a chance to be very good this year - it all depends on the line. If the line is good and gives bledsoe protection, and opens up running holes the boys will be great - if not, they will be no better than a .500 team -then we will see the fireworks - TO, the big magnificent tuna, and JJ!!!

Jimmy I agree with your assessment of the team this year. It is good to see an "objective" cowboy around here :)

Tempered optimism surrounds start of Cowboys camp

By JAIME ARON, AP Sports Writer

OXNARD, Calif. (AP) -- Bill Parcells knows there are high expectations for the Dallas Cowboys. He has them, too, and said Friday he's looking forward to this season "as much as I've looked forward to anything in a long time."

    Ken, I am convinced.

    Go Cowboys!!!

My Mother gave me a Dallas Cowboys hat when I was 4. I have been a loyal fan ever since. I've had my ups and WAY downs. I miss Jimmy Johnson with Aikman, Smith, and Irvin. (To name a few)

But, for those who hate the Cowboys, don't be too hard on me, it's my Mom's fault I'm a fan.

No need for a new owner. Under Jerry Jones the Cowboys have more Super Bowl victories than under Clint Murchison, Jr.

    RE:Looks

"We wanted the roof to look as good as the Cowboys are going to look in the fall," Mr. Little said. "

I don't think I will be attending any games as looks are deceiving.
