Thanks for your examples L-1560. The Geneva Bible though older than the KJV really sounds more contemporary than the the latter. That's especially true in 7:9,8:10 and 9:7 of your list.

This is where KJVO advocates go in a tailspin. They want King Neb to have the insight of a Bible scholar but with his pagan background I'm sure he had no clue about the pre-incarnate Christ.
