As a pastor/church staff, which day/s do you take off each week?

Since I have been tri-vocational, none. Now that I am returning to merely bi-vocational status....none.

I take Tuesdays off because I feel too bad on Monday to inflict myself on my wife! :tonofbricks:

I prefer Mondays, but I have some much other things to get done that it never feels like a day off.

I answered for DH. In theory, he's off Mondays and Saturdays. But of course with a church, that changes according to what's going on at that time and what emergencies come up.

I didn't vote but would like to comment.
Our Senior Pastor is over whelmingly the Pastor who does most of our churches messages (which is One on Saturday Night and Two on Sunday) He's day off is Friday.
But we also have other Pastors who rotate at times and do the Message. Mostly our Executive Pastor and the Counseling Pastor.
But I have our Student Pastor Preach a couple times a year (to the Adults he always does the Students) And our Missions Pastor preaches at least one a year.
I don't know all their days off But our Counseling Pastor's is Thursday.
And of course during the Summer our Senior Pastor takes quite a few weeks off and the other Pastors rotate out.

I'm not saying that ALL the times our Senior Pastor isn't preaching at our Church he's off because he does go to other churches that we have planted and he goes on mission trips.
