KGB's been gone nigh on 15 years but a lot of suspicion is on George's buddy, ole Pooty-poot.

That's the KGB for you, now called the FSB, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (Федера́льная слу́жба безопа́сности Росси́йской Федера́ции) (Federal'naya Sluzhba Bezopasnosti Rossiyskoi Federatsii). Different name, same service.

In Stalin's time, it was the NKVD. By 1947, it had been reorganized and the secret police and intelligence functions were set up as the KGB.
