    Who was the last Democrat that won the Iowa Caucus and went on to become POTUS? Not counting those that were unopposed.

    Actually, a Mr. "Uncommitted" won in 1976; President Jimmy Carter finished second in the balloting.

    Mr. "Uncommitted" was running again this year, but it appears he drew little support. :D

    Seriously, I do not know the last non-opposed Democrat, who may have won, both the Iowa Caucii, and become President, but it had to have happened on or before 1964, at the latest.
