Democrats for Life Praise the National Catholic Weekly

The National Catholic Weekly recently ran an article analyzing the relationship among Hillary Clinton, Catholics and abortions. As an avowed and unapologetic pro-choice candidate, Hillary Clinton is extremely polarizing and often isolates pro-life Democrats. This isolation is very apparent in the state of Pennsylvania, an especially Catholic and pro-life Democrat demographic. Pro-life causes championed by pro-life Democrat Senator Casey are very high up on Pennsylvanian voters' priorities.

Given this, the National Catholic Weekly advises Hillary Clinton to focus on how to bring pro-life Dems into the Party. Specifically, they suggested the Democratic Party move beyond defending Roe v. Wade and instead focus on implementing more alternatives to abortion as well as preventing unwanted pregnancies in the first place. Democrats For Life of America strongly agrees and praises the National Catholic Weekly for expressing its opinion and promoting a pro-life agenda.
