Curt Levey, the head of a group that promotes constitutionalist judicial nominees, is asking Republican senators to increase pressure against Democrats to give President Bush's stalled circuit court nominees an up-or-down vote.

Democrats will eventually reap what they have sown.

Bush is a lame duck President (Thank goodness). If he couldn't get these judges supported for the last 7 years why should he be given a free ride now?

I saw Bush nominating Catholics, not conservatives. Liike Fox News. Fox News ain't conservative, it's Catholic.

But that doesn't excuse the dems obstructionism. They deserve an up or down vote.

Yeah, we want judges who will uphold hate crime laws, reject partial birth abortion bans, make the homosexual agenda the new civil rights movement, elevate eminent domain destroying private property rights, prevent ballot efforts to promote one man and one woman marriage, destroy the rights of parents to raise their children as they see fit, continue to propagate the global warming hoax, continue to misinterpret the 2nd amendment... Yeah, these are the judges we need.

The Democrats are using one of the tactics that minority parties have always used. It is part of the checks & balances of a two party system. Not a thing wrong with it. The GOP will continue to cry and moan that they can't run it all by fiat. Tough.

Except that it was never used on judicial nominees until the democrats set the standard.

Now they'll have to live with what they started being used against them.

    Watch them whine.
