Denmark Is World's Happiest Country

I have missionary friends in Denmark who would say that their experiences with the Danish people would prove otherwise.

 

I wouldn't have described Denmark as the happiest country ? I Lived there for 6 months, and I wouldnt say the Danes were noticeably any happier than other nationalities I have met.

The author did not say most Danes, or the majority of Danes, or many Danes, are among the happiest people on earth.
By force of habit, we tend to speak of either the country, Denmark, or of all the inhabitants, Danes.
The secret I think among them is most are content with what they have, and what they are.
They don't have much of the competitive drive of most westerners, you know, like, I must be number one, the top, the top, that's the place to be.
