    A question on double pre-destination.

God does not HAVE to "make" anyone do evil. We are quite adept at it sans God.

Hence we ought not be surprized by godsfrend or jazz.

Total depravity at its finest . . .

There were two examples of depraved people, but I don't believe depravity of all people can be proven with individual examples.

I still think the question stands, though it is a question dealt with in this forum many times, and will be many times again.

Did God predestine the depraved to be depraved and therefore to be doomed? [IMG]

It's a mythical creature which turns into stone if exposed to daylight. They are often found near bridges and demand something in return for allowing you to pass unharmed. (Which is where the expression "pay troll" comes from.) ;)

Seriously, it's person who tries to bait people into emotional reactions by posting outrageous things on forums. (As in "trolling" for fish.)

I would guess that one of the following would occur, depending on God's foreknowledge and predestination:

    1. They get saved.
    2. They get stoned.
    3. They get tickets to a monster truck rally.
    4. They get to pick from what's behind curtain number 1, 2 or 3.
    5. None of the above.
    6. All of the above, including 5.

I don't know what that first thing is (A CCM group?), but how is jazz in itself an example of evil or depravity?

    I missed all the excitement.

godsfrend has posted on thoughts about Cromwell, but I was waiting till I got home to answer that. The thread was gone by then and I found folks had been trolling on the board and causing havoc until Rev. G stepped into the breech.

Still would've liked to post about Cromwell, though ...
