Did Jesus preach a different gospel than Paul?

    Hbr 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard [it].

    So somebody preached the Gospel to the Israelites of Moses' time. Perhaps not the Gospel of Christ(Mark 1:1), but still Good News for those putting their faith in God. That whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. If this is not true then you must believe in a works based salvation at some point in history.

    Dispensationalism/Scofield has confused what is a simple topic. All people in all ages have been saved by (faith) the Gospel - through faith is righteousness with God found.

    Yet the Gospel of Christ only started with Jesus during His ministry.
