Havent you read what the others have posted?

Fort the last time - You need to seek out the counsel of a committed Pastor and/or Christian Counselor.
    Please read Proverbs 12:15

And if Regis would say to me: "Is that you final answer?" my answer is Y-E-S

You have no power to delete anything here Evan. The poster posted what he did because what you have posted on here is kind of shocking. You married against the advice of many because you knew better than we did. You had problems in your marriage that you aired out here and didn't listen to advice. You then divorced against God's laws and instruction and within a very short time (I'm not even sure the divorce is yet legally finished because it takes time to happen and it was only in the last few days that we found out that you have left your wife) you are looking for another relationship. If you were my girlfriend, I'd seriously slap you upside the head and ask you if you were nuts. You are just off of a failed relationship - and own a lot of the responsibility in the failure - and yet you are looking for another one already? Why not serve God single? Your goal should not be a wife but your goal should be to repair what caused the divorce. I'm not sure exactly what it is - that is between you and God but a relationship quite honestly is the last thing you need.

I'm just going to be straight up and answer what you want to know...

No, you cannot preach or minister because you are out of fellowship with God.

A divorced man as pastor is against scripture. It's really just that simple.

He is not talking about a divorced man being a pastor (which is not "that simple"), but of a divorced man witnessing to others on the street. In other words, can a divorced man share the gospel message?

I think that there has to be a time of restoration first, and I am still not an advocate of street preaching (depending on what we call "street preaching") but I see no biblical reason a divorced man cannot proclaim the gospel to the lost. I do think that this needs to be done under the authority of a local church (so it is up to that church whether or not the man is qualified).

I feel the same way. There is an authority-based difference between participating in evangelism or missions and being a pastor or a missionary planting churches. The formal leadership positions have tough requirements for a reason. A leader needs to set a positive example for those he is leading.

If one has to meet all of the standards to be a pastor in order to proclaim the gospel, then a whole lot of people are going to be ruled out. I don't think the NT writers envisioned anything like a professional clergy that did all the work. They are there, in part, to equip the saints to do the work at hand.

That being said, there is value in taking time off while dealing with personal crisis. Those times are low-hanging fruit for Satan's machinations.

Well, in that case, anyone can proclaim the word of God. Being a leader of a congregation is another issue.

Evan, my intuition (proven not to be infallible) wants to give you this advice if you will receive it :

    Forgive your wife.

Reconcile with her. Admit to her you are in violation of your marriage vows and make it right. Until then you are disqualified from any ministry.
