I think your answers are somewhat mis-worded. Believers receive or lose rewards at the Judgment Seat of Christ not the Great White Throne Judgment.

Are you talking about the Judgment Seat of Christ?

Do christians have to fear the white throne judgement?

Only if they are Christian in name only and not in heart.

Amen. The Great White Throne Judgment is for the unsaved only. I'm not going to answer the poll...the questions are misleading.

Doh! That was my mistake. Of course I meant the Judgment Seat of Christ.
But is it even totally clear that christians will not appear before the white throne?

    Hi Linda,

Well, if a person is Amil, she will interpret the JSOC as the same as the GWTJ.

But someone who is Premil will understand that it's unbelievers who will appear at the GWTJ.

The Judgment Seat of Christ and the Great White Throne Judgment are two different judgments. Judgment Seat of Christ is only for believers (1 Cor. 3; 2 Cor. 5:10). The Great White Throne is only for the unsaved...no Christian will appear there (Revelation 20:11-15).

I am Amil, but do not see it that way TC; unto them that have done good the resurrection of life, unto them who have done evil, the resurrection of damnation. (GWTJ).

Are the JSOC and the GWTJ one and the same place?

I really think we stand before the JSOC now, and either have our names enrolled in the Lamb's Book of life or not. I believe every man is judged ever day of his life. But in the end, yes He will separate the sheep from the goats. The sheep will come from the grave and accend into heaven, to meet the Lord in the air. Woe unto the inhabitors of the earth. Make that 7 woes. Whe the Lord leave Heaven to come after His bride, the names are already enrolled, or not. He is just coming to pass judgement, which is to receive His children, or pass judgement upon the wicked. Judgement is what you receive, not being judged.

For the devil and his angels, for them that worketh abomination and them that make a lie, and whosoever's name is not found written in the Lamb's Book of Life, and though it says they will be judged out of the things written in the books, He already knows their judgement when He leaves heaven. When He comes in the cloud of Glory, He will have the Lamb's Book of Life.

When I read 2 Cor 5:10, I don't get the impression that the JSOC is now. I see it as future.

Then the GWTJ is not the same as the JSOC Christ, correct?

You don't believe the names are already enrolled in the Lamb's Book of Life, when He leave Heaven??

Paul is speaking about the rewards, whether gain or loss (see 1 Cor 3:12-15).

    v. 15,

But if the work is burned up, the builder will suffer great loss. The builder will be saved, but like someone barely escaping through a wall of flames. (NLTse).
