    That's true. But I don't intimidate easily. [IMG]

    Will not be surprised if there are other "incidents" as time goes on. :(

    I remember not too long ago, an attack in the Netherlands, a brutal murder by Muslim thugs who don't like hearing the truth.

    Trying to remember this is a religion of "peace."

    Or is it pieces?

    Nothing to debate. They worship a false God, & unless they repent & turn to Christ, they will burn in Hell forever.

    Case closed.

    Have done several times on theology forums and made some great friends along the way!

    It has been my experience that some of the most commited Christians are those that converted from Islam.

    __________________________________________________

    TRANSLATION;
    Don't do this;
    Mt 28:19
    Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
    Mt 28:20
    Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

    Or this will happen to you;
    Ac 7:59
    And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
    Ac 7:60
    And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

    And you will get this;
    Re 20:4
    And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
    Re 20:5
    But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

    I am sorry folks (not really) but when I saw the OP, this came to mind;

    Mt 16:23
    But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

    --------------------------------------------------

    I think I will just trust HIM, and IF I am blessed with martyrdom, then so be it. "Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him."

    In HIS service;
    Jim

    Yikes! :eek:

    The only thing about that is that I am willing to take a risk to share Christ. I pray that in doing so I will be protected so that I can keep spreading the word.

    As have I. The notion in the OP that any time you debate a Muslim, you'll be met with violence is ridiculous. Heck, I live next door to a Muslim family, and we talk about religion on regular occaision. He and his family are the nicest neighbors I've ever had in my lifetime, and I've had a lot of neighbors.

    I am not implying that we shouldnt witness to Muslims. My only experience with witnessing to Muslims is to Black Muslims in Philadelphia and I have found them to be nasty to say the least. It just seems that for the most part they cant accept any criticism of the Koran. Remember Salmon Rushdie? As far as I know he is still in hiding.

    Just curious. Are you referring to the Nation of Islam? They're actually not Muslim. They're Muslim like Mormons are Christian.

    BTW, I don't believe Salmon Rushdie is in hiding anymore. Could be wrong, though. I'll tell you one thing that's for sure. Osama Bin Laden is still in hiding!!

    Yes of course. But they claim to believe in the Koran as their guide to truth right? Does that not make them Muslim. Maybe they are Muslim like Roman Catholics are Christian.

    More like JW's are Christian. To be fair, though, there are genuine Muslims in the Nation of Islam (just like there are Christians in Roman Catholicism), but they are the exception, not the rule. The Nation of Islam is, generally, exclusively black racially. Many believe that it is the blacks, not the Arabs, who are the true children of Ishmael.

    The N of I has not always been so, however. It evolved into such after its inception.

    Malcolm X was shot by two NoI members. Malcolm X was originally a racial separatist, and mecame a NoI member while imprisoned. Malcolm X was the favorite to replace Elijah Muhammad, elderly leader of the NoI.

    But Malcolm X bitterly broke away from the NoI to set up his own organization which, in his own words, was for "Negro intellectuals who favoured racial separation but could not accept the Muslim religion".

    Before his death, however, Malcolm X travelled to Mecca, and, upon his return, his approach began migrating away from separatism, and towards the concept of unity under one creator for all men without regard to race.

    This is a primary example of "might makes right", or as I always say, "If they can't win at the battle of the brains, they 'win' using brawn."

    This is not directed at certain so-called Muslins only, this applies to a vast array of groups and religions that act the same way.

    Their universal reasoning goes only as deep as the fight. Where did I see this universal truth before that they want us all to accept? Hummmmm.... Oh yes, I remember....the last cat fight outside my home the other night (and the other cat shows her 'alpha-ness' by missing the litter box constantly--- that's what they like to dish out).
