IN regards to keeping it, as having the Sabbath etc?

I say not, but wish to have some reformed bethren address this!

Indeed I too would like to know if they accept or reject the Baptist Confession of Faith 1689 - or not, in that regard.

They would not reject the Confession, just your understanding of what they mean by it!

Do you imagine that reformed baptists think that Moses and Israel were keeping Sunday as the 7th day of the week at Sinai and during the life of Christ?

I don't imagine such a thing about their view.

    Bob

No, rather they view the sabbath as binding and given unto isreal in the law by God, and that we today also have a sabbath day rest, its the time we honor and give unto God, every day of the week should be the "Sabbath!"

Do you think that the reformed view is that "every day is treated as the Sabbath"??

That is not Andy Stanley's view.

That is not D.L. Moody's view

That is not the view that you find in the Baptist Confession of Faith 1689

And obviously there is not a single Bible text saying "every day of the week is now the Sabbath of the 4th commandment" nor any such thing.

And I think we all know that the Seventh-day Baptists would agree with this.

You are free to spin it your own way - but why do we suppose every other Baptist is doing it - when we can see clearly in their own words - they are not.

    in Christ,

    Bob
