Name a doctrine that you supported and followed in the past but after conversating with others on a board such as this, you saw your error and changed your position.

    I will begin..........

I can't think of one yet! I will get back with you all.

    God Bless!

I haven't been on here long enough, but I will say this place is HIGHLY educational! Keeping an open mind and "never say never".

I have not changed my mind after conversing with people on a "board".

But I have in fact learned from the scripture and my heart has been changed to believe something other than what I thought at first.

But on a board on the net?? I wouldn't count on it.

    Peace,

    Tam

Me, neither. I was, however, shocked at all the false doctrine and beliefs out there among Baptists, though I have yet to find any of it preached from a Baptist pulpit I've ever heard.

I used to be gung ho free will. I now think I agree more with the sovereignty of God. There are some questions in my mind that still bother me, but I am trying to keep an open mind.

Define "doctrine." Do you consider a doctrine as different than an ecumenical confession?
