    Yes, I believe God does enable all men to believe.

    Jhn 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

    The word of God enables all men to believe.

    So why do not all men believe? Some men love evil, they love darkness. I agree that is foolish, but that is their choice.

    Jhn 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

    Pro 1:29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

    Stupid is as stupid does I guess.
