Does God "Owe" All people A Chance To Accept Jesus And Become Saved?

    Does the Lord have a moral requirement/justice issue where He has to be forced to offer to all a real "free will" choice to accept/reject jesus Christ?

    If He does not do this, violates His standard of morals/justice?
