And a RINO is an evil. Bush is a big spender. He will push for amnesty and ignore border security. In other words he is a liberal. He is not an extremist like Obama but a liberal none the less. A lesser evil.

I say vote for the Pefect candidate in the primaries, then vote for the practical candidate in the general.

I understand. I say it is not about perfection. It is about there are some things that I and many other conservatives will not support. Amnesty is one. Will not support it no matter what. If Republicans are going to put an amnesty candidate up there he will not get conservatives vote. Massive spending. Will not vote for a candidate who is for that no matter what. Those are just two non negotiables.

Do you think it will be a crowded Republican primary? Who can clear the field and emerge as someone who can beat Billary?

Wouldn't it be nice if Christians REALLY believe what scripture says, that God is the One who sets up kings and governors.

That's ok. We don't need God, we can hash it around and hope to establish our own rulers, then complain when it doesn't go the way we wanted.

It will be crowded. No one can beat Hillary, if she is the nominee. Longshot candidate would be Tommy Thompson.

Last time America said, "hey, it's about time we elect a black person as President." This time it will be "hey, it's about time we elect a woman as President."

Sometimes you have to let it be known that you are a Christian first standing on Christian principles and that who you are and stand for is not going to be dictated by some silly political ideology

This is one of the reasons evangelical Christians need to still be on their faces repenting for supporting a man who rejects Jesus Christ just because he stuck an R in front of his name.

Seems like Republicans are splintered before the game even starts.

The GOP shot itself in the foot a long time ago and continues to not know when to be quiet.

With GOP member appearing to be against anyone who isn't white with their seemingly growing animosity towards Blacks and Hispanics, the GOP has sealed the deal to not have a President in the White House.

The fact that the party nominated a man who rejects Jesus Christ tells me to never support another GOP candidate.

They could nominate Mike Huckabee and I still wouldn't support him at this point.

It is a long way until 2016. The GOP always nominates the leader but since the race has not really begun, there is no real leader at this time.

    1. There is time for Warren to change her mind. Politics is fickle, and politicians even more so.

    2. Clinton's popularity is dwindling.

Besides, I only used Warren as an example of what may come.

Oh, Warren will run--she is the natural heir of Obama and his hard left ideology. She can take the black and gay vote from Hillary. Compared to Clinton and Biden, with Warren's native American appearance and culture, she is a candidate.

As for Jeb Bush, he is a non-starter. He might have had a chance except for his father and brother. Twelve years for that family is all they should have.

Absolutely. But the pantsuit is a powerful thing.:smilewinkgrin:When it speaks, Elizabeth will obey and become a possible VP.

It hasn't dwindled that much. Kinda like the GOP does with "you're next in line so here's the nomination", Hillary will get the Dem nom if she wants it and everybody that supported Obama the first time will support her for fear of having the House, Senate and The White House in the hands of the GOP.

The GOP has poisoned the well too much when it comes to the White House. They could dig Reagan up and he would lose to Hillary in 2016 because that's just the type of sentiment a large part of the country has against the GOP.

Not to mention as p_n_s stated, the GOP is already splintered and the election cycle hasn't even started.

The GOP is not splintered. The Democrats are at a low ebb.
