Does the translator keep Literal meaning of the Greek/hebrew Word Always?

    Would he take the formal, literal meaning, even IF that word would be unknown to his people group bringing Bible to?

    For example, would he bring acroos lamb of God, even IF the term would be better understand in his culture by same word goat?
