Is any one on the BB a DOMINIONIST? Please tell me what it is (be specific) and why you believe it.

I am not one but I think C Peter Wagner is one, although he may not use that term.

“We need to take a new look at one of our most quoted Bible verses: 'The Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost' (Lu. 19:10). In the past, most of us thought that Jesus was saying 'to seek and to save those who were lost.' Consequently, we applied it to saving souls. But now we realize that we should have taken Jesus’ statement at face value, namely 'that which was lost.'

“What is it then, that was lost and that Jesus came to seek and to save? The answer is in the first chapter of Genesis. God’s original design was that Adam and Eve should have dominion over all of God’s creation (see Gen. 1:28). But they disobeyed God, they lost their authority, Satan usurped it and he became the god of this age. Satan’s kingdom encompassed all of the human kingdoms of the earth (see Lk. 4:5-6)

I think Dominionism is tied into the Latter Rain and Joel's Army movements. Now it's part of the New Apostolic Reformation (C Peter Wagner, Paul Cain, Dutch Sheets, Mike Bickle of IHOP in Kansas City, etc.).

So they want to establish a theocractic form of Government in all the World?
The reason that I ask is that I have heard some talk hosts on TV and radio,that seem as though they think God needs help in the middle east. Almost trying to start a war in Iran "helping God" to do so.
Is it just me or are they really doing this?

I believe Andre is a dominionist.

I can tell you that it is a form of postmillenialism. They believe the world is getting better rather than worse and spreading the gospel is going to fix all the worlds woes. The efforts of Christians will bring about a theocracy and the return of Christ.
