Dozens fall ill at Obama rally

So far about 3 dozen folks have fallen ill at an Obama rally in Maryland.

Apparently, the heat, and the packed-together nature of the gathering made for some dizzy & fainting spells. Doesn't appear to be serious.

So...having establishd that...reading comments on pages like the one above can certainly make one laugh. Some of the gems:

• "Apparently, Obama's teleprompter was set to 'stun.'"
• "Obama was seen leaning over one victim and saying, 'You know, if you like your current health plan, you can keep it.' "
• "As people began to fall out, Obama reminded them that 'if Republicans have their way, they'll just come along and shoot you as soon as you pass out.' "
• "Christine O'Donnell has denied casting any incantation over the group."
• "According to MSNBC, many of the dozens who were ill actually died there at the event, but Obama waved his hand over them and they all miraculously recovered. In fact, Obama's mass healing actually cured a recurring tingle that had been plaguing Chris Matthews' left leg."
• "Obama quickly reminded the crowd that dizziness and fainting were the result of the failed policies of the Bush administration."
• "Because these illnesses occurred at an Obama rally at a predominantly black university, hate crime charges may be filed later today against all Tea Party candidates."
