    Hmm, "Reproductive Rights"?

    That justifies bloodshed of the innocent, the worst kind?

    What about the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness?

    Abortion takes away each of these rights from the helpless, defensless and innocent victim.

    Perfect analysis of the situation. In fact, the right thing to do would be to quit when he realised that his job would require him to facilitate women killing their children.

    We wasn't fired because of his religious views, he was fired because he would not do his job.

    If the two are not compatible you have to quit, simple enough.
