No. I haven't in fact. despite our previous look at the law the federal judge viewed it exactly as I suggested it could be looked at from a legal aspect. Which is why she made the decision she did. Now I have a laywer and a Judge who viewed the law as I've always said it could be interpreted. And Sheriff Joe also concures though he's in support of it.

The law does not permit the police to simply stop someone for no reason.

That would not constitute "lawful contact".

But you just keep on with your fairytale.

That is not true lawful contact as seen by LEO's is any contact they may have with the public during the performance of their duties.

Like I said - you go right on believing your fairytale.

It really doesn't matter to me.

    Welcome to the victim class.

Hey a US Federal Judge agrees with me so if I where holding your point of view I wouldn't be so arrogant about it.

Is that the same federal judge who said it was OK to kill the unborn ? Or was it the one who told Montana we can't manage our own wolf population ?

Federal judge is now the standard of right ?

    Not really.

Obama is on the side of money and power. The same side which is pushing for open borders and "the free movement of goods and people". "Free Trade", NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA and the SPP etc, globalism in other words is the underlying problem here.

This is what's known as leveling the playing field. Bringing us down to third world status because it's a whole heck of alot easier than bringing the rest of the world up to first or second world status.
