What type of additional services/programs do you have at your church?

We have a Good Friday service (at 4 and 7 PM) for the congregation. We also have a pastors' family brunch on Good Friday morning with us doing an egg hunt with the kids, doing the Resurrection Eggs, eating (of course) and playing a couple of games. It's a time of relaxing with the family before we have to get down to business with the services that afternoon and evening. Now with 11 pastors, it will be interesting! That makes 11 pastors, 11 wives and atleast 21 kids (not sure if some of the grown kids with families might come - some years they do). So it's a big to-do!

We usually have a Sunrise service but there is 2-3 feet of global warming down by the creek where we meet. Maybe next year. In the Nawth our Easter bonnets have tassels.

I'm sure it is, if you may have 23-year-olds out hunting Easter eggs.

LOL - The 23 year olds are the ones to hide the eggs (and they are allowed to eat any extra candy there is. :)

We have an easter egg hunt this Saturday.

I'm at the church for a youth basketball night...not sure that counts as a "Maundy Thursday" service!

I'm leaving for the Maundy Thursday service in about 30 minutes.
