    Anyone ever notice the location in America where that kind of theology is practiced. It certainly is not in the midst of persecution and harassment.

    I was about to feel all superior to texas, but then I remembered we don't really have any persecution here in Indiana either...

    Taking another u-turn in the conversation, but just because one church baptized 26 and another 2600 doesn't mean beans.

    It is--relatively--easy to dunk someone. Only God can save.

    This old gal was told she was saved and was baptized, then GOD saved me (not my choice of when or where or how!) and I had to get baptized all over again.

    Maybe both churches are faithful and successful at obeying God in their appointed field. Maybe neither is. Maybe the big one is better. Or maybe the little one saw 26 genuine conversions and the big one saw 2600 false conversions.

    Laziness and easy believeism can dunk people but love and discipline makes disciples.

    Mt. 28:19 has listed baptism as only one part.
