    Who gives a toss, anyhow. If I like you I like you, if I don't, I don't. If someone whines at me that I am racist because of their skin colouring, I tell them why.....they are lousy at their job, or their personality is .......

    I went to all boys school in llanelli, to form6a, but lived in London when not at boarding school. My mother was Welsh born and I have relatives there.

    BTW....Obama has Welsh, Irish & Scottish ancestors.....Now Hilary Clinton has Welsh ancestors & is from the Scranton PA (big coal mining area)

    In '04 I spent 2 weeks in Wales working along side an English pastor in a little beautiful village called Ogmore-by-Sea

    He made the statement that stumped me

    He was an Englishman---pastoring a church of Welshian citizens

    He told me he was really surprised that they would even consider having him as Pastor---because he was English and they were Welchian---and at the same time he was humbled by the task----overcoming barriers and learning customs etc. He told me that usually Englishmen do not have much to do with Welchmen and visa versa

    Wales is a beautiful place---I loved the tour of the mountains and loved the "city" feel that Bridgend and Cardiff had to offer:saint::saint:

    My ancestors were from Powys as well. Their name was Vaughn. Maybe we are related! :wavey:

    Ohhhh, dont you know that the only thing the Welsh get is coal in their stockings & lungs. Cough cough!

    LOL!! My grandfather was a coal miner, so I know all about getting coal in your stockings. And in your lungs!
