Since English does evolve by introductions of new words, and altered meanings, what is the standard by which we MUST define words in English? Should it always be according to the ever-changing present meanings? Maybe the way WE understand the words? Should it be by the root meanings and in context? There must be a standard by which we define words to be accurate in our understanding of the truths presented in God's word. Do we already have that, or are we to be always searching and never able to come to a conclusion? If we MUST always be adding new words to meet the day's usage, by what standard do we go by? Doesn't the rendering of the receptor tongues effect the voracity of the Scriptures by ones acceptance of that "order"?
